Biography
Jennifer Slavin is Manager of Coaching for The Child Care Success Company. She has been working with children since she started her own child care business at age 11 called, “Best Babysitter!” She holds her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and her master’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Jen also holds a Director’s Credential, a National Administrator’s Credential, and a Business Leadership Certificate. She is a strong advocate for Early Childhood Education and Administration Leadership. These two passions combined complement Jennifer’s experience and to shine in her dedicated passion to ensuring that all your sites are of the highest quality and have the strongest leadership in the industry.
Jennifer has spent her entire career building a strong leadership team and being the lead driver to building a successful company. As the Vice President of Operations, a school she worked at for 17 years, Jennifer developed a strong leadership team and brought the business from 1 location to 9. She also created systems and processes that held all leadership accountable for getting results. As a coach with the Child Care Success Company, Jennifer has had the privilege of working with professionals across various roles within child care centers, guiding them through challenges, and supporting them in achieving their goals. She possesses a deep understanding of the complexities of business operations and has successfully implemented strategies that have led to enhanced productivity, increased revenue, and improved customer satisfaction.
Jennifer’s experience working as and with all levels of positions within the child business industry highlights her ability to provide guidance on leadership development, communication skills, performance management, and strategic thinking. She is skilled at analyzing complex business challenges and developing innovative solutions. Her experience within the field has proven that she is able to identify underlying issues and provide actionable recommendations that drive sustainable growth, accountability, and results. Jennifer has successfully led and mentored teams of leaders, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture, as well as successfully leading and executing team projects. She has a special and unique way of seeing things from an owner’s mindset and leading as if the business were hers.
