Biography
Jolene Andriaschko, Ed.D., has over 20 years’ experience in Early Childhood Education, including staff development, management, and administration of Early Childhood programs. She has managed the education component for programs, planned, budgeted, set priorities, created policies and procedures while working as part of senior management team to meet federal and state grant requirements while meeting organizational objectives. She has an excellent focus on utilizing staff to drive continuous quality improvement and meet professional development objectives. Additionally, Dr. Andriaschko is a published researcher. Her research article Challenges Head Start Teachers Face with Dual Language Learners is published in Education, Language, and Sociology Research.
Dr. Andriaschko earned her Doctor of Education focusing on Early Childhood from Walden University. She also holds a School Administrator Certificate in Elementary and Secondary Administration K-12 from the state of Michigan. Dr. Andriaschko holds numerous certifications including being a Preschool and Infant CLASS Observer. She was also a Review and Revisions Committee Member for rewriting Michigan’s Early Childhood Standards. Additionally, she is a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), Michigan Association for the Education of Young Children (MiAEYC), National Association for Bilingual Education (NABE), Zero to Three, and HighScope. She is a loving wife, mother of four children, and has five clever cats and one faithful dog.
