Monica Brinkerhoff is the Associate Vice President for Early Childhood Education at the United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona. Monica has served in many roles in the ECE system: parent, teacher, director, coach, adjunct faculty member, professional development provider, and administrator. She has worked in the public and private sectors as well as Head Start. She specializes in supporting organizations, educators and educational leaders to realize their fullest potential. Monica’s passions are leadership, advocacy, and engagement.
