Biography
Linda A. Santora is the Director of Early Childhood Educator Programs for the Anti-Defamation League (ADL). In this capacity for the past dozen years, she created, delivers and manages the League’s early childhood anti-bias training programs and curriculum, including ADL’s Miller Early Childhood Initiative of A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE® Institute which has reached an estimated 180,000 children, educators, families and parents. She has also developed and authored numerous anti-bias resources and articles, conducted presentations nationwide and helped raise more than $4.5 million dollars to expand ADL’s early childhood efforts.
Linda has more than 20 years of experience as a director, curriculum developer, trainer and teacher, from professional positions with the Anti-Defamation League, Children First, Inc. (now Bright Horizons), Cornell University Weill Medical College, Children’s Aid Society, and the New York City Board of Education. She holds a BA from Skidmore College, a MA from NYU, numerous New York State and City teaching and director licenses and is the mother of an eight-year old.
