Biography
Prerna is a passionate early childhood education consultant. She has 38 years of experience in the field of ECE. She believes it is her personal calling to makethe world a better place for children. She has a service heart and wants to contribute in meaningful ways.
Prerna has been a keynote speaker nationally and internationally, she has had the privilege of leading many workshops influencing 1000’s of educators over the years.
Five years ago, Prerna started her own company called Together We Grow. She believes in empowering and uplifting educators and does that through training and strength-based behavior coaching. Firmly believing when we know better, we do better. Her education philosophy is play and social emotional based.
Personally, she is a mother and a grandmother of 4 beautiful little humans. She is deeply spiritual, and her faith keeps her grounded.
She is the winner of the Susan Hargrave trainer of the year award from TXAEYC in 2020.
