Biography
Ashley Varouhas is a Child Care Success Coach for The Child Care Success Company. Ashley has worked in the field of early childhood education for over a decade starting as a teacher, then quickly growing into school administrator positions. She holds her bachelor’s degree in Elementary education and her master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Ashley also holds a graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Ashley started her career working as an elementary teacher in both public and private schools teaching kindergarten to fifth grade. During this time, she developed a passion for peer mentoring and thrived when she had the opportunity to coach members of the teaching team. She soon moved on to administrative roles and has held Head of School and VP of Operations job titles in the early childhood education field.
During this time, she saw an immediate need for more support and training in early childhood education, and was inspired to start her education consulting company. The consulting company was a springboard for Ashley to open her own program and she currently owns and operates a preschool in Minnesota.
